Chisenupuri Ski Area is under new management and has begun operations in Dec. 2016.

Any touring parties or hikers wishing to ascend our leased area are required to hike up the far lookers left (blue line on map). 

The uptrack is marked with orange trail markers. All areas marked in yellow on the map are closed to public use and are restricted to Chise guests only. 

 

Public Cat Bumps

Chisenupuri is offering the general public cat bumps to the top of the old Chisenupuri ski resort so you can access the terrain behind the resort. Users are not allowed on the runs operated by Chisenupuri Snowcats.

チセヌプリスキー場ルール

​

自己責任で滑る スキー・スノーボードは危険が伴うスポーツであり、自己責任で滑走をお願い致します。正しい判断を行い、明らかに危険な場所は避けましょう。

​

  1. スキー場外の安全管理は行われない スキー場外（山頂を含む）は国有林または道有林であり、当スキー場によって管理はされていません

  2. チセゲートスキー場の登山道を利用して入山する場合、必ずスキー場リフト上部のチセゲートを利用してスキー場外に出てください。また安全のため登山届の提出をお願い致します

  3. 立ち入り禁止区域には入ってはならない 立ち入り禁止区域は雪崩や立木との衝突など重大な事故に繋がります。違反があった場合、リフト券を没収のうえ退場して頂きます

  4. ロープはくぐってはならない・標識を守ること 違反者は、リフト券を没収のうえ退場して頂く場合があります。

  5. 休業日はスキー場エリアには原則完全立入り禁止です。登山道も管理されていませんので登山者は安全に配慮し自らの判断で登山道をご利用下さい

  6. 雪上車 当スキー場は雪上車・スノーモービルが常時運行しており、滑走者は安全講習を受講し、雪上車ルートに絶対に進入しないようお願いしす

  7. パートナー 事故を防ぐため、必ず２人以上で滑走して下さい。１人で滑走の場合、パトロールに指導される場合があります

  8. 雪崩装備 バックカントリーに入る登山者は雪崩装備を所持しましょう。雪崩装備が無い場合、スキー場登山道を利用しての入山を禁止します

  9. スキー場外での探索救助には費用が請求される スキー場エリア外で事故が発生し、捜索救助活動が行われた場合、当事者に実費を請求します  

  10. スキー場パトロール・スタッフの指示に従うこと チセヌプリスキー場を利用する方は、スキー場バトロール・スタッフの指示に従うこと[1] 

  11. スキー場を安全に楽しく遊ぶためにスキー場は山岳地帯にあります。スキー・スノーボード・テレマーク等、多様な方法で楽しんでいただく為に、常に冬山でのスポーツだという認識を持ち、自分自身の能力を最大限に使い安全に努め、以下の点に注意してください。

  1. 状況に合わせてスピードをコントロールしてください

  2. 前にいる人の滑走を妨害してはならない

  3. 止まる時は、コースの中央で止まってはならない

  4. 滑り出す時、合流する時は周囲をよく見て安全を確かめなければならない

  5. 滑走器具には、流れ止めを付けなければならない

  6. 標識の注意・パトロールの指示を守ること

  7. 雪上車の乗車方法を守ること      　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

All terrain beyond outside the ski boundary is free to ski for public, however please understand that you need to take self-responsibility for your action. 

To avoid accidents, please read the following notices and observe “Rules and Regulations” provided in this area. 

 

  1. Skiing and snowboarding are sports that involve inherent risks and dangers. Please take self-responsibility for your actions. You may encounter unmarked hazards during the day. Please use your common-sense and good judgement to not put yourself or others at risk.

  2. The areas outside the resort boundaries (including the peak) are National forests and parks, and are not controlled or supervised by the ski resort. JRT Trading proclaims that hiking and riding these areas involves danger and if you do, you do it AT YOUR OWN RISK. 

  3. Ducking any ropes is prohibited. If you do, your pass will be confiscated. Use designated gates to access the out of bounds area. 

  4. Strictly off limit areas are not to be entered at any time. These “Strictly Off Limit Areas” are determined by the Patrol. If you ride those areas your pass will be confiscated.

  5. Skiing with a partner, someone capable of assisting you or informing patrol in the event of an accident is recommended at all times.

  6. Backcountry skiers and snowboarders should please enjoy their surroundings with enough safety equipment to avoid accidents. 

  7. All touring parties are responsible for any cost of search and rescue operations from any out of bounds areas.

  8. Regardless of how you decide to enjoy the slopes, always show courtesy to others and be aware that there are elements of risk in skiing that common sense and personal awareness can help reduce. Observe the code listed below and share with other skiers the responsibility for a great skiing experience.

  1. Stay in control.

  2. People ahead have the right of way.

  3. Stop in a safe place for you and others.

  4. When starting downhill or merging, look uphill and yield.

  5. Use devices to help prevent runaway equipment. 

  6. Observe signs and warnings, and keep off closed trails.

  7. Know how to use the Snow Cats safely.
